CNA's / Caregivers

We work closely with our clients’ physicians, health care providers and family to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered.

Companionship / Homemaking

Light housekeeping and meal preparation can become more and more difficult as someone ages. Home Staff provides assistance for many daily activities:

  • Safety Supervision
  • Socialization
  • Laundry services
  • Organization
  • Cognitive stimulation
  • Light meal preparation
  • Cooking
  • Respite care for family caregivers

Physical Assistance

For those suffering from the physical effects of aging, Home Staff can help:

  • Ambulatory assistance
  • Getting dressed
  • Positioning in chair or bed
  • Transfer between bad and chair
  • Wheelchair assistance

As abilities decline, basic hygiene can become a problem. Whatever level of assistance your loved one needs, we are here to help:

  • Bathing and showering
  • Grooming
  • Shaving with an electric razor
  • Oral hygiene
  • Toileting and incontinent care

Our caregivers can provide services that help your loved one slow the effects of aging – mentally and physically. We offer wellness services including :

  • Medication reminders
  • Safety supervision
  • Cognitive stimulation

Caregivers must spend at least 80% of their work time providing fellowship, care and protection for clients. Any general household work must be less than 20% of the caregiver’s working time during each shift.

“I chose Home Staff because of the personal relationships they provide, and they offered services and care that the insurance company required. I have had the same caregiver for over 10 years. The office staff is pleasant, reliable, knowledgeable, caring, and able to handle any situation.”
