Form 1095‑C Update
How to Request Your Form 1095‑C
Recent IRS guidance allows employers to provide Form 1095‑C only when an employee requests it, rather than sending it automatically each year.
We’ve adopted this new approach to make things simpler and reduce unnecessary paperwork.
If you ever need a copy of your Form 1095‑C—for taxes, personal records, or anything else—we’re happy to provide it.
